Onboarding Customers

Onboarding an account in PL requires customer profile (Consumer/Business) created with KYC/KYB completion as pre-requisite. In order to create profile for Individuals and Businesses there are dedicated API endpoints made available. For Business customers, it is also required to create profiles of share holders through Add Share Holder API and onboard the legal representatives.

The onboarding process starts after KYC/KYB verification is successfully completed. APIs used for facilitating onboarding process are as follows.

Onboarding Consumer account
