Generate API Key and Digital Signature Keys

To generate a new API key and digital signature keys for an account, do as follows:

1. Once the Customer Profile, Accounts and Legal Representatives are setup in Ledger, the Legal Representative would receive credentials for Login to online banking access to Ledger. The user can follow instructions provided in the email to login.

2. On the landing page of Ledger Application, click on Action drop down and choose Connectors.

   

3. Click on API Key List -> New API Key

4. Click Search.

5. Click Create

6. Activate the key after creation.

7. Click Download to download the Private Key and the Public Key.

   

8. Open the Public Key file in a text editor and copy its contents.

9. In the Public Key box, paste the content which you copied from the Public Key file.

10. Click Add.

    

A confirmation message appears stating that the Key is added successfully. The Credentials are also simultaneously created and displayed on the page.
